'How can I unlock Flying?'

Flying is unlocked through the collecting of a zone's Aether Currents, with every zone having ten 'green' Aether Currents found in the overworld and five 'yellow' Aether Currents obtained through the MSQ and side quests marked with a plus sign. Azys Lla is the only zone to not have any green Aether Currents. You must collect all Aether Currents in a zone to be able to fly.

'Where can I find the green Aether Currents?'

Upon obtaining the Black Chocobo mount you are also given an Aether Compass, which is a key item you can use to locate the nearest non-quest Aether Current. This can be set to your Hotbar for ease of use. Alternatively, you can use this website to show the location of all Aether Currents for a zone. http://heavenswhere.com/

'What zones can I fly in?'

Flying is only possible in the expansion zones.

Every main quest after The Ultimate Weapon but before the start of Heavensward are generally referred to as patch quests. Basically story quests added after the main release during major content updates.

@leaden ginkgo That's by design. Leveling 50-60 was intended to take about the same amount of time as leveling 1-50. Same for 60-70 and 70-80. Your daily duty roulettes and dungeons closest to your level will be the best source of exp.

Open your gearset list and right click on the job you want then click Link to Glamour Plate. As long as you're in a city or residential area, that glamour plate will always be applied to whatever gear you assign to that gearset.

Glamour Dresser FAQ

Info

"What is the Glamour Dresser?"

The Glamour Dresser allows you to glamour an entire set of equipment at once when in a city or town. You can find the dresser in your inn room at any of the Adventurer's guilds.

"How do I use it?"

In order to use the Glamour Dresser you need to first put the items you want to use for glamour inside of it. This requires a one-time cost of one Glamour Prism per item. You're able to safely take out the items, but you'll need to pay another Glamour Prism to put it back into the Dresser. After you have put in the glamour items you want to use for your set you'll want to click on "Edit Glamour Plates".

When the plate window opens up you can select the stored glamours you have onto the slots of the plate to create the set you desire. Once you're satisfied with your glamour click on "Save". You can now apply your Glamour Plate by accessing the Character menu, clicking the Glamour Plate button, and choosing the Plate that you have made.

There are like three dungeons where there's a longer one

and one's at level 60

in BnS you can watch a 10Sec cutscene and if there is an old player in the party he can DpS the first boss alone in 15sec, nobody waits there lol.

The devs learned greatly from their mistakes with the two dungeons that are in MSQ roulette with their mega amounts of cutscenes.

They're stat-less versions of the various steps of the Eureka weapon upgrade line which you can use for glamour.

I.e. you've upgraded your RDM weapon all the way to Physeos stage, but you really liked what it looked like at Anemos stage

so you get the replica version and glamour it.

#

You can only buy replicas of weapons you've actually obtained.

i'd say of the two, dragoon has a static rotation while summoner is absurdly mobile for a caster

Personally I'd say summoner because you're less likely to miss your attacks due to mechanics

Talk to the Levequest counter person (silver card icon on the map)
Take the quest and make what they want you to make
Hand it in to the same person
Big XP
Go to your grand company (Or look in your weekly/daily reset tab)
turn in what they ask you to daily
Big XP
Repeat until you're out of Levequest allowances (Indicated by the journal) and out of dailies

'When can I get my first mount?'

The quest that allows you to use mounts, 'My Little Chocobo' is unlocked by completing the level 20 main story quest 'The Company You Keep'. The quest is located at the Grand Company base you chose and you'll need to buy the Chocobo Issuance from your Grand Company Quartermaster. You can get the 200 needed Grand Company seals by doing the main story quest that comes after 'The Company You Keep'.

'Are there any differences between mounts?'

Besides looks, all mounts are the same speed along with being able to fly in the expansion zones. Some mounts allow multiple people to ride at once.

'Can I make my mount faster?'

Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

Not sure if this is the place, but I did a quick search on reddit and it didn't come up with anything useful.

My issue: I just purchased Shadowbringers + game time, but when I log in it prompts me to register. I use the windows version of the game, with 0 attachments to steam. I checked Mogstation and my account status is "Standard Recurring", I did a fresh redownload of the game also, and I'm unsure how I should proceed. Can I get any help?

Pretty much gcd heals/healer abilities from what I've noticed, if it does work on equilibrium I've never noticed it make a huge difference, since I usually crit it and gives me back most the hp I just lost on a Tank buster anyways

if you wanna feel tanky what I usually do before and after a Tank buster is use Raw intuition, take the hit, thrill of battle for heal/healer boost, then use Shake it Off if I know an aoe is coming
