I can't say about individual servers, but Elemental is your best for english speakers
just make sure that when you unlock the duty finder that it's also searching for japanese players, as that will greatly speed up your queue time.
The setting for it is in Duty Finder > Cog at the top of the menu > bottom of the new menu that popped up

Yeah it's because B3 is a full cast, everyone will clip that enochian use regardless of ping. Bit of a necessary evil, there's not any better alternative

Delay Eno, which means less damage on thunder and everything else until it's up, and it would delay polyglot timer which is pretty bad too

in the case of hardcast, you look to refresh it at any point when the DoT specifically falls off (the last tick has value since it can still give a proc, which is much stronger than a hardcast, so you let it fall off fully and try to reapply as soon as you can after it does)
this can kinda open up to, well what do you cast for second filler in UI if you don't need to cast T3 to refresh the DoT--this becomes xenoglossy (or pre-80, Foul)

C: spam dungeons and roulettes (once per day) until 50-60

every couple of patches or so tomestones will rotate, with the uncapped tomestone being discontinued, the capped tomestone moving to uncapped and a new tomestone will be introduced as the new capped

The Producer of the game has pretty much designed it so that grinding isn't necessary. There's still daily and weekly missions, but they're pretty easy to cap for the week with one dungeon a day or thereabouts.

CC isn't that big a deal, healer/tank is about what you'd expect. There's some definite more variety in job design.

Leveling content is pretty much primarily story based. If you enjoy a good story-based game with lots of Lore, you'll get a lot more out of leveling. This gets progressively better as the expansions progress.

I think shields may have originally been intended to be central to the playstyle of SCH but as it is it's all about using oGCDs + pet for as much healing as possible and using GCDs for damage

They still kind of are. SCH doesn't have the same reactive healing strength as WHM does.

While leveling up past 50 its mostly your tomestone gear which you replace with dungeon gear
At 80 you’ll want to grind dungeons for the gear they have and for Phantasmagoria to spend on i460 gear which upgrades to i470

Right now the queues for level 80 content will be fast due to all the returning players but in off hours, or between patches. Low level queues are going to be painful because the only people queuing for it will be people your level or people doing roulettes

@slow plover for the most part yeah, though having it on does make you sometimes gather your kinda-daily treasure map, so keep that in mind if your fisher is a low level while your miner/botanist can get higher level maps that can sell for more
