#Nano transporter needs an upgrade

Rn the nano transporter is sadly far to tedious if u want to move multiple structures at once or redesign ur roof. I propose to treat the nano transporter as a tool, which we can upgrade the same way as we do with all other tools. One way would be to increase the carrying capacity of the nano transporter incrementally & when unloading we maybe could select from a radial menu. The other way I can see a this problem solved, is by "itemizing" buildings with the nano transporter into our inventories. Another very welcome feature would be multiselect e.g. with a keybind or via dragging the mouse & creating a selecting rectangle, the same way u do on a pc.

the presence of at least such an option for transferring buildings already greatly simplifies the life of the player if you improve the already incredible mechanics it will lose its value. to turn into a kind of god mode

It's not about god mode, it's about ergonomic design & gameplay benefits. If u want to e.g. rewire your grid or restructure ur roof, as you get more available space it requires u to move every structure one by one, potentially over "great" distances. This is not compelling gameplay nor ergonomic design & can lead to players skipping this process altogether or being massively annoyed/bored while doing so.

on the other hand, players will have to take a more responsible approach to choosing places for their buildings

While we still can't even fix the holes in the roof? Or while we're still locked behind tools?

perhaps, as a compromise, in the future it would be possible to find another nanotransporter, when, as at the beginning of the game, we will have enough of what we have now

Thanks for bringing this up! We are working on the solution. New grades of nanotransporters were already tested and the mechanic showed to be bulky. So we are moving in alternative direction. Stay tuned 😎
