i had a user create a racer and he revoked the racer to make a new name and now he gets the option to make a new racer but whenever he does it says "this person has enough unique racer names already" wondering what i can do for him if anyone has run across this before

You can delete the revoked race-user.
Revoked is there so that you CAN block making new ones

Depends on your config settings. A god user can remove other users, and a creator of other users can remove those users.
