I'm making my own edit of racing app's ui to match my server style, my question is: it is possible to visualize the racing hud on browser? I could open the tablet hud but i can't make the in racing hud to be visible

Yeah pnpm dev/npm run dev/yarn dev depending on what you're running.
There's also an .env file (theres only one in the html folder, cant be hard to find) that you can edit to get spoofed values.
The mock value run is quite limited in the version released tho.
I've reworked it for the upcoming update. Which sould make it alot better.

Yeah, I set the .env to true, so it shows the app on browser, but I couldnt make the in racing ui to show, like the position, checkpoints and time
But ok, i'll wait for the next update

Ah, that one is a bit different yeah. No support for it in the one youre on.
The rebuild version has a debug for in-race so it will be easier to modify when its released
