There's probably several options you need to to change in the config.
Make sure to thourughly read through the file and change it to fit a QB core setup with Ox Lib
The issue you're having most likely comes from an incorrect setup. There is comments in the config on what to set up for other cores.
By default it's set up for QBox Core

I have tried many times but cannot do it.
I just can't get the tablet to open. Nor does it emote as such.
