#Questions About Collision/Ghosting During Races

Hello,
I have a question about collisions during races that I’m currently a bit confused about.

We host a lot of races, including on race tracks with F1-style cars. Collision (ghosting) is supposed to be enabled for the entire race, so vehicles shouldn't be able to collide. However, we keep experiencing situations where ghosting doesn’t seem to work properly — cars still touch and push each other, which can be frustrating for the drivers.

My question is:
Is there anything I can do about this?
Is there something I need to set or watch out for that I might have missed?
Or is this just a bug?

I’m still unsure, so I’d appreciate any help or clarification!

Thanks in advance 🙂
Kind regards,

Try changing the settings in the config for ghosting

Lowering distance loop time can make it more accurate but will also use up more peformance.

de-ghosting distance is set to 100 meters which is quite far. So any non-racer within 100 meter will de-ghost racers. But if you lower it you'll also have racers that go fast fly trhough police or non-racers
