You can also use the built in trader and the laptop, each with customizeable settings in the Config

By default anyone can create a basic racing user with the trader

It's a ped that sits in a spot. You'll probably want to put her wherever you want her. You go up to her and buy a user

Does this bug still exist? I've set Config.AllowAnyoneToCreateUserInApp = false but anyone can still make an account
