#[SPZ2-2426] [1.0.3-rc3] Pipes and Wires produce Belt sounds

Belts have visibly moving parts, and are supposed to look and sound somewhat like real-world conveyor belts. To that end, it makes sense that they produce sounds.

What makes a lot less sense is that pipes and wires seem to emit the exact same sounds. This seems highly inappropriate, as pipes have almost no moving parts, and wires especially have none at all.

Ideally, wires should emit no sound. Pipes could emit sound, but they'd have to be new sounds. If pipes must produce a sound, it must be a different sound than the belts sound, and preferably something that sounds like liquid flow.

(And also, if that were implemented, the pipes should only produce that sound if there were actually fluid in them. Empty pipes, like wires, should produce no sound at all.)

Background noise for Fluids missing, plays mechanical sounds
To Do β€’ Priority: Low β€’ Fix: None

When zooming into machines in Machine View, fluid-related machines and pipes produce the same mechanical ambient sound as shape-processing machines. The expected behavior is that fluid machines should have a distinct bubbly or liquid sound to differentiate them from standard mechanical machines. The issue persists as of build 1.0.3-rc3.

Trash has conveyor belt SFX
Done β€’ Priority: Low β€’ Fix: None β€’ Game: 0.1.0-pre2-rc1 β€’ Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

The Trash machine incorrectly plays Conveyor Belt sound effects. When the player moves the cursor close to a placed Trash, the Conveyor Belt SFX can be heard coming from it. The issue is more noticeable with larger Trash placements and requires the machines volume to be set to 100%. It can be reproduced by placing Trash on any Machine Platform in any difficulty. The bug was reported on build 1.0.3-rc3 but could not be reproduced.

Building does not have clicking sound
Done β€’ Priority: Low β€’ Fix: None β€’ Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

When placing a structure such as a conveyor belt or machine, the expected clicking sound effect is not played for each individual placement. The SFX still works correctly when deleting structures. The issue requires master volume and interface audio to be set to audible levels and can occur in any game mode. A developer was unable to reproduce the bug on build 1.0.3-rc3, so it may be intermittent or version-specific. Originally reported on build nightly-130.

Thanks @crimson tundra. I don't have access to the JIRA but the title of that ticket as shown by the QA Bot specifically mentions fluids. If the fact that this issue is also affecting Wires wasn't previously noted on this issue, I hope it is now.
