I am running the classic-insane with 10% shape goal multiplier. Completed PrimitiveParasite task, delivered the required 800 shapez, and forgot to wait for 2000 to pop the achievement. Later, when I reconstructed the parasite production again, and delivered 2000 shapez, the achievement didn`t pop. Tried again - no bueno.

Certified achievement isn't awarded if going directly to playing a classic save instead of certification

The "Certified" achievement is not awarded when the player skips Certification and goes directly into playing a Classic Mode savegame in the Regular scenario. To reproduce, reset all stats, clear the game's local data, launch shapez 2, and start a Classic Mode save in Regular without completing Certification first. The expected behavior is that the achievement should still be awarded even if Certification is skipped.

In game achievement notifiers don't always work

In-game achievement notification popups do not always appear when an achievement is unlocked. The cause is unclear, as some achievements trigger the notification while others do not. To reproduce, delete the achievement.bin file from the local app data folder, load a savegame, confirm an achievement is still locked via the debug console, then unlock the corresponding milestone. The expected behavior is that every achievement unlock should display an in-game notification.

Marathon and Can't Stop achievements not triggering on reaching required Operator Levels

The "Marathon" and "Can't Stop" achievements do not trigger at the correct Operator Levels. The issue is reproduced by clearing achievement data, loading a savegame, and claiming Operator Levels on the Milestones Screen. The root cause was a code change that broke the "count" counting mode initialization for this achievement type...

Yes, the main statistics are wrong, but the "stored" amount is correct, after 2000 accumulated, the achievement has popped

I don't think it's necessarily wrong, i.e. it's an intentional mechanic that when you claim a goal, the shapes required for it get consumed from the vortex storage, but the statistics shows the total amount delivered without accounting for the claim consuming shapes, so the counts differ (because they show values with different meanings)
