Shape code you make and shape code that is required ?
but Pins and Gaps (empties) on the Vortex are sometimes counted as same, because same players replace gaps for pins...afaik
I always thought pin is a figure. But special one.
support pin is meant to act like a gap that still supports the shape above it
vortex will generally accept shapes where pins replace gaps as long as the pins aren't exposed to the top of the shape
the other way around is also true
I thought that validation goes through figure codes comparison. Do you want to say that P- that supports equals --?
yes a pin equals a gap so long as it's not exposed to the top of the shape
to the vortex, P- mostly equals --
the little smiley shapes you may see in insane require pins because the eyes in the smiley are exposed at the top
