#Why there is no black color in tasks and goals (except random tasks)?

Because all of the normal milestones were designed and implemented before black and uncoloured fluid existed, none use it.
None of the new milestones (the ones with the trade station shapes) use it because they were designed at a time when black and uncoloured fluid weren't necessarily going to be mixable, during the beta process.
I expect to see more black + uncoloured items in future updates and DLC?
I've played v0.1.1. I know, there was no black color. But it was added in v1.0. Grey color was added too. I also expect to see tasks with black color and grey crystals. I also expect to see colored Y-figures later (expcept white and black).
I would expect them to come in later, yes. What I'm saying is that in the beta for 1.0, black and uncoloured were added as mixable colours relatively late in the design process.
Like, I just checked, the ability to mix black and uncoloured fluid was added on March 19 2026. Previously, they could only be mined, and then only if you turned on tertiary-colour asteroids. That's after all of the 1.0 milestones and tasks were built.
That was in 1.0.0 Beta 2. There were only 7 Beta versions total, before the feature freeze for the release candidates.

Yeah, I think it would be beneficial to have at least one operator shape or job involve painted black shapes, and at least one operator shape or job should involve uncolored crystal, before the ROS entries.
More attention should be brought to these features by making them required for advancement, rather than a surprise feature that some may be unaware of until extremely late in the game.
