#[1.0.3-RC3] Fluid not showing in space pipe

In space pipes, fluid is only shown inside of the pipe if it's specifically a straight piece. Junctions and turns don't show the fluid within. I tried messing with the "Machines" graphical preset to see if it's just a performance saving measure, but nothing changed.

Vertical bends in pipes display incorrectly when partially filled, showing as either completely full or completely empty instead of displaying intermediate filling stages. Straight pipe segments correctly show gradual fill levels, but corner up/down pipe sections skip these stages. This is a graphics glitch caused by missing meshes for the partial-fill states on bent pipe segments. The issue has low gameplay impact but affects visual accuracy. The fix has been verified.

Pipe up/down left/right have only 1 fluid mesh

Vertical Pipes spanning 1 or 2 Machine Levels are missing intermediate fluid fill meshes and incorrectly display as 100% full as soon as any fluid enters them. Previously, Vertical Pipes remained visually empty while filling and only showed as full when completely filled. The visual feedback for fluid flow in multi-level vertical pipe connections is broken, making it impossible to see the actual fill state during transport.

Add IO effect to junctions of Space Pipes

Space Pipes lack a visual hole or transition effect at their junction points where they connect to other pipes. Items visually clip through the junction geometry instead of appearing to enter or exit cleanly, unlike Space Pipe lifts which have proper entry/exit effects. The fix involves adding VFX masking at these transitions, which was verified in the beta 6 build.
