In certain setups, pins on shapes disappear after delivery.

Steps to Reproduce:
Run the attached savegame.

Expected Behavior:
The pins should remain consistent and be preserved after delivery.
For example, produced {P-----P-:P-----P-:Cu----P-:------Cu}.

Actual Behavior:
Pins disappear after delivery, and the resulting shape differs from what was delivered.
In case above produced shape will be delivered as {--------:--------:Cu------:------Cu}.

Operator shape with support pins not counted when delivered to Donation/Research Station

In Manufacture Mode, Operator Shapes that contain Support Pins are not counted when delivered to Donation or Research Stations. This affects randomized goals starting around level 50, where generated shapes begin including Support Pins. The issue causes progression to stall since deliveries are not recognized. A fix has been implemented on a development branch and is pending merge for the upcoming release.

An illegal shape (Su----Su:--CgCg--:Rb----Rb) that cannot be created during normal gameplay appears in the Statistics Panel. The shape seems to be support pin related and may have been generated during train delivery, as the current milestone shape contains similar support pins. No shape that was never actually produced should be recorded in the Statistics Panel during normal game progression. Pin only shapes throw exception when delivering to HUB / opening in shape viewer

Shapes that contain only Support Pins cause an exception error when delivered to The Vortex or when opened in the Shape Inspector. The issue occurs specifically with pin-only shapes that have no other shape quarters. When attempting to deliver these shapes or view them in the inspector, the game throws an error instead of handling them properly. This prevents players from completing deliveries or inspecting these particular shape configurations.

Pins don't count as empty for the pin pusher

The Pin Pusher is not treating Support Pins as empty quarters when processing shapes. When a shape with Support Pins is processed, the Pin Pusher generates output with Support Pins in positions that should be empty gaps. For example, the output shape is P-P-P-P-:CuCuP-P- instead of the expected P-P-----:CuCuP-P-. This affects shape processing accuracy when working with shapes that have Support Pins. The report was marked as not a bug.

Hard Task 32 missing pins/floating shapes

Hard scenario Task 32 contains two goal shapes with missing Support Pins, making the task technically impossible to complete as specified. The shapes have floating quarters without proper pin support underneath them. Although The Vortex accepts the floating shape with the pin under it, the goal shapes themselves cannot be legitimately constructed. The issue was fixed by adding the missing pins and removing extra commas from progression files.

The Milestone 8 goal shape is incorrect. The displayed shape code RyRyRyRy-RmRmP-:CmRwRwCm-----P-:--CmCm-- shows support pins on layer 2 and 3, but the visual representation in layer 4 does not contain the expected support pins. This is a mismatch between the shape code string and the visual preview of the goal shape, which could confuse players about what they need to deliver.
