#Manufacture Mode Operator shape 5 not working

For Manufacture mode operator shape 5 it says empty on the belt preview and the research station won't accept it. Am I making the shape wrong or is it a bug?

The first blueprint point shape in manufacture mode is wrong and doesn't count when going into the research stations

In Manufacture Mode with Challenge difficulty, the first required shape for Research Credits is incorrectly set to CuCuXrXr instead of the correct RuRuXrXr. This causes the shape not to count when delivered to Research Stations. The issue can be reproduced by starting a new Manufacture Mode savegame with Challenge difficulty. The fix has been verified in build 1.0.0-alpha3-rc1.

There is a 3 layer shape restriction for manufacture mode when the Lailazus Tri-Porter requires a 4 layer shape
