Blueprint points display is broken

The Blueprint Credits / Blueprint Points display is broken due to fractional values in the system. The Research Credits / Research Points / Points Display system needs a full rework to properly handle and show these fractional amounts. The current implementation cannot correctly render or calculate Blueprint Credits when fractional values are involved, causing display errors in the Shop / Upgrades Menu interface.
Shape goal (if above 10k) has rounding issue, shows 12.0k when 11999 delivered

The Milestone display has a rounding issue when tracking goals above 10,000 shapes. When a player has delivered 11,999 shapes toward a 12,000 shape goal, the UI incorrectly displays "12.0k" before the Technology is actually unlocked. This occurs because the number abbreviation logic rounds up prematurely. The issue affects all Job tracking that uses abbreviated numbers (values displayed as "k" format). The display should only show the rounded value once the actual target is reached.
Fix number formatting "100.11m"

The number formatting display shows "100.11m" when Research Credits are set to that amount, but it should be formatted as "100.1m" instead. This formatting inconsistency can be reproduced by setting the Research Credits to 100.11 million. The issue affects how large numbers are displayed in the game's UI, showing unnecessary decimal precision that should be rounded to one decimal place for cleaner readability.
HUD Milestone Goal may line break from 6 digits onwards

The HUD Milestone counter may experience line breaks when displaying six-digit goal numbers due to the string being too long to fit. This occurs with certain number combinations, such as 264,245 / 999,999, while others like 111,111 / 999,999 display correctly. The issue is not currently a bug but could become relevant if endgame Milestones reach six or seven digits. The problem has reportedly been fixed through string formatting changes that implement big number formatting for the display val...
My client is having trouble sending images, but I've spotted a - in front of the blueprint points number. I integer overflowed?
