[0.0.8-rc3] "Lock mouse to window" has no effect (macOS)
To Do β’ Priority: Low β’ Fix: Probably Never β’ Game: 0.0.8-rc3
The "Lock mouse to window" setting has no effect on macOS, regardless of whether the game is in windowed or fullscreen mode. The cursor is not confined to the game window, making screen edge panning difficult to use. Even in fullscreen, macOS adds padding on the left and upper edges, allowing the cursor to easily move outside the game. The issue is specific to macOS and does not occur on Windows. This is a Unity limitation, and the suggested fix is to hide the setting on macOS.

This affects gameplay on MacBook Pro models with notched displays, making top-edge camera scrolling un...

The player must manually adjust the resolution after switching to Fullscreen mode. This occurs when changing from Windowed mode back to Fullscreen after having reduced the resolution. Additionally, in test builds, players can select resolutions far exceeding their display capabilities due to Widescreen test entries. The expected behavior is for Fullscreen mo...
