Bin on 3 layers

I managed to a blueprint for 12 layers diagonal cut. Unfortunately, can't do it simply due to bin is use only in first floor, not second and third floor.

Please allow us to place bin on upper floors, or the shape to fall in the bin of a lower floor.

Yeah, can bring a belt down to level 00 using a lift, but that takes 1 extra square of floor space and can be hard to fit in a layout. Would be better if a level 02 belt could just chuck shapes over the edge into the trash pit on level 00 below.
