Fluid space pipe has throughput 43.2k L/min x12 (with 150% global speed upgrade), while Asteroid pump sends out 1.8k L/min per lane. Asteroid pump shows Platforms per full space pipe as 4. This number looks should be 24.

space pipe throughput is 6 launchers per lane, not 4

Space Pipe throughput was incorrectly documented as 4 Fluid Launchers per lane when it is actually 6. Testing at maximum upgrades shows that 5 Fluid Launchers per line leaves gaps while 6 achieves perfect balance. The throughput display has been corrected to show 6 instead of 4, corresponding to 10800 L/m at maximum upgrade level. This affects player understanding of optimal Space Pipe usage when designing fluid transport systems between Space Platforms.

The Codex page for "Fluids & Painting" states that Pipes have almost no Throughput limit, but this information is now inaccurate. Space belt detail panel shows wrong throughput

The Space Belt detail panel displays incorrect throughput values. Without any upgrades, it should show 240/min (4x base belt speed of 60/min), and with maxed belt speed upgrades it should show 720/min (4x upgraded speed of 180/min). The panel was showing wrong values that did not account for the Space Belt's 4x throughput multiplier compared to regular belts. This issue has been fixed and verified in the latest version.

The x12 is not a typo. It is per lane. It takes 24 launchers to fill a lane.

That number is way off. You need 72 fully expanded Asteroid Pump platforms to fill a space pipe.

They got accidentally buffed by x4 when the space belts got buffed.

The Asteroid Miner platform number is wrong too. It should be 12 and not 4.

Confirming that the asteroid pump shows the incorrect number.
If 43.2K l/min is correct for the pump and one asteroid pump is able to put out (1.8*4) 7.2k l/min, then the displayed number should be (43.2/7.2) 6 platforms per full space pipe.
BUT also with 6 asteroid pumps, visually the pipe lines are not full.

The description on the space pipe also needs to be more clear, because I can't seem to understand what the real value of one lane throughput - one space level troughput is.
I guess the whole throughput is 43.2 x 12 and then one lane its 518.4/3 = 172,8, which is in fact then 24 asteroid pumps per lane.
