See attached image for settings/specs. I'm hovering around 80-90fps in the tutorial, but according to the Nvidia overlay, my GPU usage never goes above 55% and CPU usage hovers around 10%. What could be the reason that I'm not getting higher performance here?

That did it! A straight up 50% performance boost (and 99% gpu usage) as soon as I switched to Vulkan. Thank you!

how are people actually getting to use Vulkan? when I try it I'm limited to 30fps which obviously improves the performance lol but that's not a sensible reason to use it
to be fair, when I tried Path of Exile (I think it was) with Vulkan because it's supposedly good that was absolutely horrendous so I guess for some reason my system doesn't work with Vulkan.
which... I have no idea if even possible or how to fix that. really weird and annoying

I might have found the issue actually
need to do some more testing
but I think Vulkan really hates the "low latency: ultra" setting in NVIDIA settings
would be crazy if that would solve all Vulkan issues (in this and other games)
