Shift F (inverse mirror) doesn't work for buildings that use 2 tile buildings selected from the toolbar
Done • Priority: Low • Fix: None • Resolution: Won't Fix
The Shift F keybinding for inverse mirroring does not work on structures that occupy 2 tiles when selected from the toolbar. When placing 2-tile buildings on space platforms, pressing F correctly mirrors them, but Shift F does not change their orientation. This occurs in Classic Mode on regular scenarios. The expected behavior is that Shift F should inverse mirror the 2-tile structure's orientation, similar to how F performs regular mirroring. This was closed as a missing feature rather than ...
Mirror inverse (Shift + F) doesn't work (but is advertised)
Done • Priority: Low • Fix: 2 - Demo • Resolution: Done
The Mirroring / Flipping inverse Keybinding / Hotkey (Shift + F) does not function as advertised, though the standard Mirror / Flip Keybinding / Hotkey (F) works correctly. The inverse keybinding is shown or advertised in the game but fails to execute the Mirroring / Flipping action when pressed. This affects Structure / Building Placement controls and prevents players from using the advertised keyboard shortcut for inverse mirroring functionality.
Research Stations change incorrectly when flipped-mirrored
Done • Priority: Highest • Fix: None • Resolution: Done
When mirroring or flipping Research Stations in Manufacture Mode, the structure rotates but its input and output Space Belt connection points appear in the wrong positions. This can be reproduced by placing a Research Station, grabbing it with the pipette tool, and using the F or Shift+F keybindings to mirror it. The expected behavior is that the Research Station should mirror correctly with its Space Belt connections in the proper positions matching the mirrored orientation.
Simulated stacker and unstacker cannot be mirrored
Done • Priority: Critical • Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0] • Game: 1.0.0-ALPHA4-RC1 • Resolution: Fix Verified
The Simulated Stacker and Simulated Unstacker cannot be mirrored. Attempting to mirror these Simulated Buildings after placement has no effect. Other Simulated Buildings, such as the Simulated Crystal Generator, can be mirrored correctly. The issue was caused by a symmetrical-on-X-axis flag that was not properly re-disabled after changes to these machines. The fix has been verified.

Comparison Gate is not mirroring
Done • Priority: Medium • Fix: Version 0.0.9 • Resolution: Done
The Comparison Gate does not mirror when the player uses the Mirror function on a circuit. When mirroring a whole circuit, the player must manually change the Comparison Gate to different values to get them working correctly. This is only an issue for comparison operations other than Not Equal or Equal. The structure is incorrectly not marked as mirrorable in the code and lacks a visual indicator showing it has been mirrored. The issue appears to be fixed when using the Flip operation.
Cannot mirror shape buildings
Done • Priority: High • Fix: None • Game: 0.1.0 • Resolution: Done
The Keybinding for Mirroring Structures does not work correctly on certain Buildings. When attempting to Mirror a Machine that can be rotated, such as a Cutter, by pressing the default Keybinding F, the Structure is not rotated as expected. This occurs in Classic Mode when using enable cheats. Building Variants can still be rotated normally, and Space Platforms containing only that single Machine can also be rotated. The issue is caused by a type assignment error in the placement input system.
