Ans separate question, can a single fluid pipe carry all that?

not sure what you mean by "120 full single belts of paint worth", but each of those 1x1s produces 1 notch of paint. for your 20 platforms, that's 20 notches or 5 space belts (20 / 4 = 5). space pipes can carry up to 24 notches or 6 space belts, so yes it can all fit on 1 space pipe

1.5 fluid miner of a (6 launchers, 1.5 pipe) + 1.5 fluid miner of b (6 launchers, 1 pipe) into 24 mixers = 3 pipes = 12 launchers = 48 painters = 12 full belts of painted shapes

this times 10 because there's 15 of each fluid being mined

so if I would want to fill one space pipe of white fluid I would add 4 more of the mixer platforms, and 3 more miners of each colour?

there's usually an error somewhere no matter how experienced you are with fluids so i was kind of flabbergasted that yours are flawless LOL
