Leaving empty track between the stop and the first loader makes the train skip the stop completely.
#Trains will skip stations unless there is an unloader right before the stop.

If you don't have the spacers unlocked, you can use a non-matching train building (eg a loader connected to nothing, or a fluid building) to get the same effect.
