Tried to remap keybindings for the mouse buttons so that it was more intuitive for me. Upon remapping the keys in the option screen and then returning to the game, was unable to move or change angle. Additionally, I was unable to click the feedback with the remapped buttons. Attempted to remap middle mouse button to move and right mouse button to change angle.

Cannot rotate shape displays if you change keybinds
To Do โ€ข Priority: Low โ€ข Fix: None

Cannot rotate Display when the 'Change angle' Keybinding is remapped to CTRL + RMB. The issue occurs after changing the default Keybinding to CTRL + right mouse button in Settings. Although the hint dialog updates to show the new Keybinding, the angle change functionality does not work. This prevents users who customize controls, such as laptop trackpad users, from being able to rotate Display properly. Expected behavior is that remapped Keybindings should function correctly after being changed.

Extra mouse button can be assigned but does not work
Done โ€ข Priority: Low โ€ข Fix: 4 - Early Access โ€ข Resolution: Won't Fix

The player attempted to rebind the Change angle Keybinding to an extra mouse button configured as middle mouse button through Logitech Options+ software. While the Keybinding assignment is accepted in shapez 2, the game does not register the extra button input during gameplay, and camera rotation does not work with it. Only the physical middle mouse button works. The same mouse (Logi M650) functions correctly in other software but exhibits identical behavior in Blender, suggesting this is a U...

Keybinding multiple functions is allowed but doesn't work
To Do โ€ข Priority: Low โ€ข Fix: Probably Never

The game allows players to bind the same key to multiple functions in the controls settings menu, but when this happens, only the original function remains bound and the new binding does not work. This occurs when changing a keybinding to a key already in use, such as ESC. The expected behavior is that the old keybinding should be automatically unbound, or the player should receive a warning about the conflict with a choice to keep the old binding or proceed with the new one. Additionally, th...

'Delete' does not work if the Destroy Selection and Delete actions are assigned to the same key
Done โ€ข Priority: High โ€ข Fix: None โ€ข Resolution: Won't Fix

When the Delete keybinding and Destroy Selection keybinding are assigned to the same key in the settings, the player becomes unable to delete any structures. This occurs after assigning both keybindings to the same key in the Settings menu and then attempting to delete buildings in-game. The expected behavior would be either allowing deletion to work with both keybindings on the same key, or warning the player about conflicting keybindings during setup. The issue affects the ability to remove...

Keybind priority issue: single-key keybinds override multi-key keybinds
To Do โ€ข Priority: Low โ€ข Fix: Probably Never โ€ข Game: 0.0.0-alpha6

When a player sets a single-key keybinding and a multi-key keybinding that includes that same key, the single-key keybinding takes priority and executes instead of the multi-key combination. For example, if Z is bound to move-up and Ctrl+Z is bound to Undo, pressing Ctrl+Z will only trigger the move-up action. This affects any modifier key combinations on Linux and partially affects macOS where Ctrl modifier combinations fail but Shift and Cmd work correctly. The expected behavior is that mul...

Tutorial: Laptop (touchpad) has middle-mouse to rotate camera (no middle mouse)
Done โ€ข Priority: High โ€ข Fix: 4 - Early Access โ€ข Resolution: Won't Fix

During the Certification tutorial on laptops with touchpads, the game instructs players to use the middle mouse button to rotate the camera, but laptops typically do not have a middle mouse button. The tutorial should also display the J and K keybindings as alternative rotation controls for laptop users. This issue affects laptop players who cannot follow the tutorial instructions without alternative input methods shown.

Hey @cunning spade ! Thank you for your report! it seems that by right click being the default delete button it overrides camera angling. If you replace delete with any other button you should be able to angle the camera with right click.
