Color when zoomed in is pink on the left and yellow on the right? Look at the stackers is this supposed to happen?

Converters change from one color to orange when zooming out to overview view
Done β€’ Priority: Critical β€’ Fix: None β€’ Game: 1.0.0 β€’ Resolution: Done

In Manufacture Mode, Trade Stations display different colors when viewed in Machine View, but all appear orange when zooming out to Space View. This occurs when placing Trade Stations while in Machine View and then zooming out to the platform overview. The expected behavior is that Trade Stations should maintain their individual colors regardless of zoom level. The issue was reported in alpha1 and has been verified as fixed in the latest master build. To reproduce, start a Manufacture Mode sa...

Liquid pipe colour changes to empty when zooming out
Done β€’ Priority: High β€’ Fix: None β€’ Resolution: Won't Fix

When Pipes are filled with fluid and the player zooms out, the color of the Pipes changes from showing the correct fluid color to appearing empty. This occurs in Machine View when Pipes are full and the camera is moved outward. The issue happens in Classic Mode with Regular scenario when cheats are enabled. The expected behavior is that Pipes should maintain their fluid color visualization at all zoom levels, but currently the color indicator disappears at certain distances. This is an intent...

Uncoloured fluid is too close to white when zoomed in
To Do β€’ Priority: Low β€’ Fix: None β€’ Game: 1.0.0-alpha4-rc1

Uncolored fluid appears too close to white when the camera is zoomed in. In Classic Mode on a Regular scenario, placing fluid-producing structures and viewing their contents while zooming in causes uncolored fluid to progressively look whiter the closer the camera gets. The color should remain a consistent grey at any camera distance. This makes it difficult to visually distinguish uncolored fluid from white fluid during normal gameplay.

Two yellow antennas on top of the Vortex Grand Assembler become more yellow when zooming out
Done β€’ Priority: Medium β€’ Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0] β€’ Resolution: Fix Verified

Two yellow antennas on top of the Vortex Grand-Assembler become more visually saturated/yellow when the camera zooms out, rather than becoming less prominent with distance. To reproduce, start a new Manufacture Mode savegame, enable cheats, place the Vortex Grand-Assembler, and slowly zoom out. The expected behavior is that the antennas should appear less yellow as the camera moves farther away. This is likely a LOD or rendering issue affecting the antenna material. The fix has been verified.

Machines that are orange end up brown depending on their placement if graphics is set to extreme and zoomed in
To Do β€’ Priority: Low β€’ Fix: None β€’ Game: 1.0.0-alpha4-rc1

Orange machines appear brown depending on their placement when graphics is set to extreme and the camera is zoomed in. This has been most commonly observed on Belt Readers. To reproduce, start a new Classic Mode savegame in the Regular scenario, enable cheats, and place machines on the left side of The Vortex's middle notch while zoomed in. Multiple Pipe Gates in that area appear brown instead of orange. Any orange machine should remain visually orange regardless of placement location.

A part of the research station is changing between blue and purple when moving
Done β€’ Priority: Medium β€’ Fix: 1.0.1 Release (1.0 Fix 1) β€’ Game: 1.0.0-beta6 β€’ Resolution: Fix Verified

In Manufacture Mode, part of the Research Station flickers between blue and purple when zooming in and out at close range. This can be reproduced by placing a Research Station and zooming near it. The expected behavior is that the Research Station should display a consistent purple color. The issue was caused by minor visual shading bugs and broken UVs, and has been verified as fixed.

This as close as I could to getting it to look like what you are experiencing.
The doors aren't quite closed, but I also had to pause the game at just the right moment to get it to happen.

#

Also, were you facing west?

remote kraken
#

Yea same I tried some experimenting, but the colours change based on the direction you're facing. Is this new?
