Log Analysis (Player.log):
AggregateException/InvalidOperationException: "Sequence contains no elements" is thrown inReachLinearUpgradeLevelXAchievementLogic.UpdateCounter(viaEnumerable.Minon an empty sequence), propagating throughLevelUpLinearUpgradePlayerAction.TryExecute_INTERNALand causing the action to fail. This same error occurs twice in the log with an identical stack trace.
(yes the game's in my downloads folder, don't worry about it...)
that log is also from a pretty long session. i tested the error at the end, obviously because the game froze. no errors from it are in the logs

You are right. I forgot I was testing this and I had the build running even though my day was over. I did a quick test and it crashed so easily
I can't even close the game properly, and the task manager is under it.
I will do an internal ticket for this tomorrow.

Game Hangs when Shape Asteroids Patch Likelihood is over 100% and then uncolored half's weight is reduced

The game hangs indefinitely when adjusting Map Generation settings during new game setup in Classic Mode, Regular scenario. Specifically, setting Shape Asteroid Patch Likelihood above 100% and then reducing the Uncolored Half weight slider to its minimum triggers the hang. Other combinations of maxing out sliders in Map Generation can also eventually cause the same issue. Any interaction with Map Generation settings should not cause the game to hang or crash.

it's an experimental build, one that isn't even on steam. so it's tracked separately since only a handful of people even have access to it

genuinely wondering. i havent tested for this bug in 1.0.2
1.0.3-rc3. the freeze is so bad on my windows that I'm forced to restart the computer because I can't switch to any other program

to be honest i'm not sure how separate these two bugs are. they both have to do with a freeze with the map preview
I think either a very very similar bug or they're the same bug. just reproduced it;
"I crashed it with setting Tertiary Colors Pure to 0 after setting all the non-pure ones to 0."
then I touched the patch likelihood slider in the shape asteroids, near instant 'crash'
spiral enabled might be relevant
the non-pure ones being the ones at the bottom of the page
this is really bad
should we wait, or should we tag one that's online? I'm impatient, I want to generate a new world!

This is the hard mode manufacturing build: It does crash.
Exactly the same sliders. One build crashes. The other one doesn't.

I don't know, but I had to touch the patch likelihood slider when I did the other bug so I thought they might be related
Might be. But the hard mode manufacture build we are using is extra sensitive to crashing so I count it as a separate issue.

I reproduced that crash with these
so I'm not sure that thread has all the steps or if it doesn't always show up
but last time I did it I touched the slider that this thread is reporting on
and when I replied to you here I didn't know I was (probably) looking at https://discord.com/channels/1000343719314198548/1489803411976229035 rather than this thread
If you are able to make it crash with different steps it could be something different to SPZ2-6125.
But that would could mean a different bug. Can you do a bug report for it?
If you do I will take a look at it on Monday when I am back at work.
(I only dropped in to see how the weekend is going after the 1.0 release)
