T Splitter achievement triggers when 1 splitter is placed, not 25

The T Splitter achievement incorrectly triggers when only 1 Split is placed instead of requiring 25 as intended. This occurs when starting any Savegame that supports achievements and placing a single Split. The achievement unlocks immediately despite its description stating that 25 T Splits must be placed. The expected behavior is for the achievement to only unlock after the player has placed 25 Splits total.
Platform blueprints can be placed despite containing locked buildings

When importing a large blueprint via clipboard, clicking OK on the import warning dialog can also inadvertently place the blueprint. When pasting a Space Platform blueprint that contains some invalid or locked structures, only the Space Platform itself is placed without any structures, but Blueprint Credits are still consumed.
