Game Hangs when Shape Asteroids Patch Likelihood is over 100% and then uncolored half's weight is reduced

The game hangs indefinitely when configuring Map Generation settings for a new Classic Mode Regular scenario. Setting Shape Asteroid Patch Likelihood above 100% and then reducing the Uncolored Half weight slider to its minimum causes the hang. Other slider combinations may also trigger this issue. Any interaction with Map Generation settings should not cause hanging, crashes, or errors.

PATCH LIKENESS set to 1000% on Map generation preview causes out of ram

When setting PATCH LIKENESS to maximum (1000%) in the Custom Map generation preview, the game experiences severe performance degradation, running out of RAM and causing the frame rate to drop to 0-1 FPS. In version 1.0.0-alpha2-rc1, the Extraction Spots likeness limit for Shape Asteroids in map generation was increased from 1000% to 10000%. Setting this value above 1000% causes the game to hang indefinitely and creates unplayable maps with very condensed extraction areas. In Manufacture Mode, Shape Asteroids and Fluid Asteroids near the Waste Provider at the center of the map are too small. This occurs when starting a new game in Manufacture Mode with the Founder's Journey scenario and examining the Map Generation view. The Extraction Spots in the immediate surrounding areas of the center should be larger to provide adequate resources. The issue has been fixed and verified in version 1.0.0-alpha3-rc1.

I think it might be connected. It appears to happen when changing the slider and the map regens - but when you've maxed out limits. The crash happens when the preview is regenning...
