Cutter and Swapper animations in wiki are rotated (misleading)
Done β’ Priority: Low β’ Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0] β’ Resolution: Fix Verified
The Cutter and Swapper animations in the Codex are rotated, making them misleading. The text correctly states that East and West halves are cut or swapped, but the animations visually show top and bottom halves being affected instead. Since the compass is not visible and the camera rotation is not indicated, players naturally assume Up equals North and misinterpret the operations. The expected fix is to either rotate the animations so Up equals North or add a compass overlay. This was verifie...

Halves Swapper LODs change on Low graphics
To Do β’ Priority: Low β’ Fix: None
When playing on low graphics settings and zooming out to the first zoom level where graphics change, a rotated Swapper displays incorrect visual feedback - it shows north/south halves swapping instead of the correct west/east orientation. The machine still functions correctly, but the visual representation does not match the actual behavior. This creates confusion for players trying to understand their factory layout. The issue only occurs at specific zoom levels on low graphics settings when...
New Predictions are rotating according to the direction the conveyor belt is facing
Done β’ Priority: Critical β’ Fix: 1.0 Bugfixes before Feature Freeze β’ Resolution: Done
Shape Previews are incorrectly rotating based on the direction Conveyor Belts are facing. When belts face south, previews rotate 90 degrees clockwise; when facing west, they rotate 180 degrees; when facing north, they rotate 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Only east-facing belts show correct preview orientation. Shape Previews should remain static regardless of belt direction and only rotate when the main camera rotates. This issue has been fixed in the master build.
[0.0.8-RC3] Zooming out on Half Destroyers (going to space view) causes them to turn visually
Done β’ Priority: Medium β’ Fix: None β’ Game: 0.0.8-RC3 β’ Resolution: Missing Feature
When zooming out from Machine View to Space View, Half Cutters visually rotate to face map-oriented North instead of maintaining their actual orientation. In Machine View, a Half Cutter may show its west side as blue, but upon zooming out to Space View, the north side appears blue instead. This is a visual discrepancy where the machine's rendered orientation changes based on zoom level, even though the machine's actual functional orientation remains unchanged. The issue has been marked as won...
Right-side interface previews show incorrect models for multiple machines
To Do β’ Priority: Lowest β’ Fix: None β’ Game: 1.0.0-A3-RC1
The Output previews in the right-side interface panels display incorrect models for several machines. The Overflow Splitter shows a shape with wrong appearance (orange point instead of green bar), the Swapper displays an incorrect model, and the Half Cutter preview shows horizontal cutting parallel to the Belt instead of vertical cutting perpendicular to it. The previews should accurately match each machine's actual in-game behavior and operation.

Converters reorientating their input/output shapes is inconsistent with other shape visualizations in the game
Done β’ Priority: High β’ Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0] β’ Resolution: Fix Verified
Trade Station input and output shape visualizations rotate with the camera, which is inconsistent with other shape visualizations in the game. When rotating the camera in Manufacture Mode, the shapes displayed on the Trade Station inputs and outputs rotate, while shape visualizations on Space Belts, Conveyor Belts, and Shape Previews remain static. This inconsistency creates a visual discrepancy compared to how shapes are displayed elsewhere in the game. The expected behavior is for Trade Sta...
