1.0.0-b7 shape detection

Does the detection of correct delivered shape is only for belts that deliver directly from factory or it should be also from belts connected to trains?
because in the attached picture, the left delivery is from factory and has the markins of correct shape, but the delivery from above is from train.

I've checked the shape code and is the same for both belts:

shape previews are supposed to always show up, so if they don't then it's a bug
