When hovering over the Train Launcher component, it stats that it can be used to launch trains into the vortex, even if that feature is not unlocked yet.

The Codex page for Trains mentions Train The Vortex delivery without indicating it requires a Technology unlock. The Train Launcher's info panel also states it can jump a Train into The Vortex but doesn't clarify that delivery functionality needs to be researched first. Without the required Technology, Trains cannot actually be launched into The Vortex and will stop moving instead. The documentation should be updated to reflect that this feature requires unlocking a specific Technology before...
