Enable transition from tutorial to classic again
Done β’ Priority: Critical β’ Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0]
The transition from Certification to Classic Mode has been re-enabled, allowing players to move into either Regular or Hard scenarios. Goals for Regular and Hard were adjusted to avoid shapes located near The Vortex that would not require painting. When transitioning, machines, Research Credits, and purchased technologies should persist, though Jobs will not carry over since Classic Mode and Hard scenario use different ones. QA should verify that the transition preserves progress correctly fo...
End of Tutorial moves game "back" to tutorial after selecting "normal" mode
Done β’ Priority: High β’ Fix: Version 0.0.9 β’ Resolution: Done
After completing the Certification and selecting Normal difficulty to continue, the game incorrectly reloads the player back into the Certification. Space Platforms become locked again despite just being unlocked, and the game requires delivering 300 more shapes to unlock Milestone 3 which was already completed. This appears to be caused by the game saving asynchronously and then reloading an older version of the savegame. The issue prevents proper progression from Certification into Normal d...
Support showing mode selection to start new game after completing tutorial
Done β’ Priority: Highest β’ Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0] β’ Resolution: Done
After completing the Certification, the game needs to support showing the Game Mode selection screen to allow players to start a new Savegame. The current solution sends the player back to the main menu where they can choose their Game Mode. This affects the transition flow from the tutorial into the main game. As a bonus improvement, all scenarios now have visual badges in the selection interface.
Cursor shows as blocked when hovering area where tutorial continue button previously was
To Do β’ Priority: Low β’ Fix: None β’ Game: 1.0.0-alpha5-rc2
When playing the Certification scenario, after clicking the "Continue" button in a dialog, the cursor displays a prohibited/not-allowed icon when hovering over the area where the button previously was. This occurs each time a dialog's Continue button is dismissed and the player moves the cursor over that former button location. The expected behavior is that the cursor should revert to its normal/default appearance once the button is no longer present.

Or is this just for the individual "not on the game board" tutorials it's talking about?
There should be a way to skip the entrie tutorial and not just parts of it.
pretty sure it's that
isn't that just not playing the certification scenario ?
It's only for that specific dialog.
If you don't want to play the tutorial - you can just immediately create a classic savegame π
People will want to replay it to see what's different.
But having the tutorial get in the way is annoying for those that know the game.
The whole certification is designed to be either played as a tutorial or not at all right now - and the tutorial steps should be really non-intrusive after the first milestone
[1.0.0 beta 6] mining tutorial - missing section
That looks to be a joke.
