Toggling level visibility cuts off the tops of 3+ layer shapes shown on 3x3 sized displays when in machine view
Done โข Priority: High โข Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0] โข Game: 1.0.0-alpha4-rc1 โข Resolution: Fix Verified
When toggling level visibility in Machine View, shapes with 3 or more Shape Layers displayed on 3x3 Displays get their tops cut off. This occurs in Classic Mode on a Regular scenario. The expected behavior is that shapes on 3x3 Displays should not be affected by the toggle level visibility function, with shapes up to 5 layers displaying correctly. This issue has been fixed and verified on the latest build.

Converter I/O shapes that have more than 2 layers are affected by space level toggle level visibility
Blocked โข Priority: High โข Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0]
Trade Station input/output shapes with more than 2 shape layers are incorrectly affected by the machine level visibility toggle. This occurs in Manufacture Mode when placing a Trade Station on the bottom machine level and pressing V or clicking the level visibility toggle. The toggle causes those multi-layer shapes to partially disappear or render incorrectly, when they should always display all their shape layers regardless of the visibility setting. The fix involved creating a dedicated sha...
Hiding upper building floors hides space-level predictions
Done โข Priority: High โข Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0] โข Game: 14.01.10 โข Resolution: Fix Verified
When hiding upper building floors using the layer visibility controls, the space-level shape predictions also become hidden incorrectly. This happens because the predictions use the same rendering material as the structures, causing the building layer visibility setting to affect the space-level predictions. The predictions should remain visible at the space level regardless of building floor visibility settings. The issue was caused by the prediction materials not being properly separated be...
3x3 display with multiple layer shapes can clip into the next floors machines above
Done โข Priority: High โข Fix: 1.0 Release [1.0.0] โข Game: 1.0.0-alpha4-rc1 โข Resolution: Fix Verified
When a 3x3 Display shows a shape with multiple shape layers (e.g., 4 layers), the shape model clips into machines placed on the level above. This occurs in Classic Mode on a Regular scenario when a multi-layer shape is rendered on the display, as the shape's vertical height extends beyond the current level boundary. A Conveyor Belt on the level above visually cuts through the top of the displayed shape. The expected behavior is that displays should render shapes without clipping into the next...

Shapes launch through hidden floors
To Do โข Priority: Lowest โข Fix: None
When the "upper floors hidden" setting is enabled, launched Shapes vanish mid-flight during launch. This occurs even on floor 3 where no upper floors exist to be hidden. The Shapes disappear unexpectedly instead of completing their launch trajectory. This affects Belt Launchers and potentially Train Launchers when the floor visibility setting is active.

If I am wrong please correct me.
The other one is about only the 3rd floor. This one is about any floor (and both aren't bugs imo)
Personally I would want them to not be affected by the visibility toggle.
