This 2x2 foundation will transform all input single-layer shapes into {P-P-P-P-} with a 75% conversion rate. It works for any single-layer shape except for those in the second/fourth quadrant shape like {--Cu----}/{------Cu} (which will get stuck).
Its efficiency for each conveyor belt conversion is:
Input efficiency * (Number of shape corners / 4) * 75%.
In the extreme case, inputting a complete shape like {CuCuCuCu} with 12 full-efficiency conveyor belts will output 12 conveyor belts {P-P-P-P-} with 75% efficiency.
