I cleared the key bindings to zoom in/out and can't add the scroll wheel back. The buttons on the mouse work, but not the scroll wheel. I can't find the "reset to default" option either. Edit: Uninstalling/reinstalling from steam didn't put it back either. Turns out it zooms just fine in game even without anything in that box.
Is there a way to put "Shift + Scroll wheel" as a hotkey? That's what led me to this mess in the first place.

You should be able to reset the entire section.

If you want to reset a key you assigned, you need to see somthing like
Shift + mouse extra buttons are an odd thing to use and seems not to can triggered in this game
Only LMB/RMB can be assigned this way
To delete assigned buttons, just press on the key you want to delete, and choice clear in this screen

Zoom In and Zoom Out are blank by default. That's why you don't see the reset icons for them.
