select this kind of area which is full of pipe
cut or delete will create a huge lag
place will also cause lag
copy wont cause lag

for full foundation, cut and delete will cause lag
but place and copy wont

Is it like an exceptional amount of lag? Some lag is common when preforming those actions on alot of buildings
