Stackers have a phantom 3 layer limit.

Can't make input shape for Lailazus Tri-Porter as it needs a 4 layer shape.

If that's intentional then the Lailazus Tri-Porter should not be an unlock.

Yes. That's the shape the Tri-Porter requires. So if it's intentional that we can't make it then the Tri-Porter shouldn't be an unlock in this scenario.
