There doesn't appear to be a destination for blueprint point shapes in challenge mode. I would have assumed the Donation Station would be an appropriate target, but the number of BP doesn't increase when I send the shapes there, or to any of the research or trade stations either.

Donation station is in the first milestone goodies so that's not an issue. It's been moved to the platforms menu.

No, the blueprint shape is CuCuXrXr. The donation station doesn't count it so no way to get blueprint points.
The conversion shape is the RuRuXrXr at the top right. The blueprint shape is the CuCuXrXr over the 5.
Actually, looks like the blueprint shapes are the conversions shapes:
The first blueprint shape is wrong. Neither it or the first conversion shape give blueprint points.

Blueprint shapes can be sent to the donation station.
Research stations also accept them but you might have to dispose of the output if you have that shape unlocked.
