On this space platform I get shape hints from shapes that later merge into the output of this belt. It is impossible for these shapes to end up here so I think it is a bug.

It does look similar, I'm also mixing shapes in the same spacebelt lane. Thanks for the reply. I'm really enjoying the game. After I started working on that platform the hints stopped showing up, it couldn't give hints. It still functions correctly.
