Here is the closeup in case the shape difference is not clear
V0.1.1: the Output is showing 1 shape however the actual consistent shape is different
The images on the launchers are shape previews. They should be showing what the factory (the entire factory back to the extraction points) will make if starting from empty. The shapes currently on them might be left overs, or the previews might be wrong.
If you put a launcher/catcher on one of the top and bottom input belts, we should be able to see what the game thinks the input shapes are.
Thank you for reporting this issue. Can you supply a save file?
@pseudo rivet It does look similar to what happens to preview shapes sometimes when there are multiple shapes travelling on the same space belts at different points.
Unfortunately i took down this factory (as i had moved to trains) but i believe i found a way to replicate it. Its tough to explain but ill try.
When i have a platform output to multiple plaforms connected in a chain, it seems to confuse the game and only consider the first platform output in the chain
When i have the chance ill try to replicate it and send a save file
Thanks ๐
I managed to replicate it constantly, with the setup shown in the screenshot no matter how much you chain it will always show the output of the first block
Find also attached the save file, with the location being marked as shown also within the screenshot

I will also note that trainsa re not used to supply in this scenario, these are moveed directly from extractors
Looks like the first platform predictions are correct, but the second and third ones are the same when they should be different..
I tested it in the latest development build using your configuration and it's showing correct shape previews.
So even though it is a problem in 0.1.1, there is no problem in recent builds ๐
