This would be a nice QOL feature, as at the moment adding a mod requires manually adding dependencies.

Example:

  1. Click 'Explore Mods'
  2. Subscribe to 'Bigger Foundations'
  3. Restart game
  4. A message should appear saying smth along the lines of 'Failed to load Bigger Foundations - Missing Dependencies (Shapez Shifter)'

Did you add the mod from the 'overview list' or by going to the mod page and clicking subscribe?

#

I think if you subscribe on the mod detail page on steam workshop, it asks to install the dependencies

From the Steam overlay.

#

I don't think I saw anything about dependencies, but I might have missed it.

but did you use this button?

Yes

#

And I got to there from the 'Explore Mods' button on the mod thing.

#

because I think if you click this it might not install the dependencies

#

I think the in-game mod page might not have fully loaded properly either

#

ill check logs

Yeah so I think the dependencies of Bigger Foundations might not be correctly set up

#

(I.e. in the steam workshop)

#

If you install shapez shifter additionally from the workshop it should work

Yes, Tobi`s is correct. The dependencies are missing. I noticed that the error message is not ideal 🥲
