[0.1.1] Launching through elevators

Launching through elevators should not be possible. It is even worse if the elevator turns left or right. The items fly through the rod!

It is mentioned in the server, but not in the bug channel, so I thought I should post this here.

this is not a bug, but intended functionality; however I agree that it looks weird, so I personally avoid it

IMHO this is the most egregious one, though XD
