Without a screenshot it is difficult to figure out what the issue is

Prob the Wu's are not painted white (common) and player did not see white was needed, and delivered uncolored ones

But a screenshot would indeed handy so we can see what you delivering to de Vortex

Well, the normal mode task is in fact unpainted, and not white, so its probably not that

It could be the other way around, I did that myself: sent white paint pieces instead of uncolored. But yeah, the screenshot would help. Another common mistake is not noticing extra pins (e.g. when you reuse a part of the factory but forget it has pin pushers).

You can just click on the belt that delivers the shapes, and then click the shape in the bottom slots of the info panel. Then you'll see a code for the shapes that you are delivering, so you can compare what exactly is wrong.
