(I've set Zoom Sensitivity at 360%)

When I zoom with Wheel Mouse, only one "notch" In, then only one "notch" out, zoom visibility is different at start of this procedure.
Iterate this procedure, and you success to zoom in!

This procedure should have a result to no zoom change (+1 -1 = 0).
