[SPZ2-4807] [0.1.1] Camera snapping at 0° and 15° does the same thing (with hotkeys)

While using the J/K hotkeys (rotate angle left/right), and the camera snapping at 0°, the camera instead rotates by 15°
I expected it to behave like the hotkey for rotate angle up/down (which doesn't have any snapping). Holding the hotkey should rotate the camera left/right by the same speed/amount
