#fluid distribution should prioritize primary consumers over fluid launchers

After a fluid launcher sends a package it demands 1 launchers of fluild throughput significantly reducing fluid throughput in the connected pipe section - even when only 0.25 throughput needed at the receiving end.
To improve fluid distribution, fluid launchers could adopt the same priority logic as tanks—receiving fluid only after primary consumers (painters, mixers, and crystalizers) are supplied.
This adjustment could eliminate distribution bottlenecks and stabilize throughput.

Proposed priority order:

  1. mixers, painters, crystalizers
  2. fluid launchers, pipe gates and other future buildings that control flow
  3. fluid tanks
  4. fluid trash
    Of course I don't know exactly how the game engine works, whether it is possible to implement this.
    Configurable maximum throughput in certain buildings would enable more precise flow control.
