don't have the setting on that trains derail instead of driving on the bottom of the track (since it's my first game). can i derail them manually somehow? it's faster since i don't have delivering them to the vortex unlocked yet

The Train spawn building (locomotive) has a respawn button.
And if you want it for all trains, I think you can modify the game settings. Title menu > Play > Edit Settings > Game Rules
