I am playing through again and I don't recall seeing an upgrade for the launcher, and I tried to launch right into the vortex and it doesn't seem to work like it used to.

are you at tier 10? or the tier u need to unlock it

Wow am I dumb. I thought the upgrade itself would be in the upgrade trees.

And it wasn't there, not even locked, so I assumed it didn't exist
