Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have the camera facing north or load PreviewShapeFlickerBugTestSave.spz2 and go to step 6
  2. Have 2 sets of miners with 4 shapes exiting on the lowest level beside each other facing south.
  3. Connect to the end of the left miner 6 (1x2) foundations with conveyor belts placed down all of them to the end.
  4. For the other miner connect a space belt down to 1 foundation short of the last 1x2 foundation.
  5. Connect a 1x1 foundation and have conveyor belts entering from the space belt to the exit point.
  6. Zoom in to make sure that the preview shapes are showing.
  7. Zoom out to the limit where a conveyor belt can be deleted.
  8. Delete the conveyor belt on the bottom right and move the mouse to the far right of the screen.
  9. Undo (Ctrl-Z).
  10. Move the mouse slowly from the right of the screen to the left and watch the preview shapes materialize on the right
  11. Note they all show up without any flickering.
  12. Keep moving the mouse slowly to the left until the belts on the left start materializing.

Observed:
Preview shapes being calculated for the first time for conveyor belts over a certain distance (Approximately 210) cause all the preview shapes on the screen to flicker.

Expected:
Existing pre calculated preview shapes stay consistent regardless of the game calculating preview shapes with longer conveyor belts.

Additional Information:
The longer the distance, the longer the preview shape turns off and then back on.
This can be reproduced with having the 210 distance (approximately) of conveyor belts on the same foundation (which is in the save to the left for testing).
