[0.1.0-pre8-rc1] Trains can be coerced into infinitely spinning in empty space

Encountered this by chance on a regular save, created a minimal repro cheated save for it, with steps in the attached video.
Does not break gameplay, since respawning the train is generally enough to resolve it, but it was pretty hilarious when I first encountered it

this should be left as a feature in my opinion

also, this isnt the only way (i got one to spin via deleting part of a train stop, not sure exactly how)
